Section III-4511 - Qualification of Officers, Agent, and Principal EmployeesA. The board shall have the authority to call forth any officer, agent or employee of the labor organization who has the ability to exercise significant influence over a licensee or casino operator and such person shall be subject to the suitability and qualification requirements of the Act.La.
