Section III-4206 - Employment of Individual to Respond to Inquiries from the DivisionA. Slot system and EGD manufacturers shall employ or retain an individual who understands their equipment design and function. This employee shall respond within the time specified by the division to any inquiries. On or before December 31 of each year, manufacturers shall report in writing the name of the individual designated pursuant to this Section. Manufacturers shall report in writing any change in the designation within 15 days of the change.La. Admin. Code tit. 42, § III-4206
