Section III-4003 - Cash Transaction Reporting for Designated Check Cashing RepresentativeA. A designated check cashing representative shall report a cash transaction reporting violation to the division immediately upon obtaining knowledge of the violation.B. Violation of cash transaction reporting requirements in any other jurisdiction by a designated check cashing representative shall be reported to the division within 30 days of the notice of violation in the other jurisdiction.La.
