Section III-3304 - Surveillance Personnel Employment ProvisionsA. Surveillance department employees shall be independent of all other departments and shall report directly to the general manager or higher corporate official.B. Employees of the licensee or casino operator assigned to monitoring duties in the surveillance room are prohibited from being concurrently employed in any other capacity by that licensee or casino operator or any affiliate of the licensee or casino operator.C. An employee with monitoring duties in the surveillance room may work in the same capacity at an affiliate of the licensee or casino operator.La. Admin. Code tit. 42, § III-3304
