Section III-2923 - Gaming Employee Permit Identification Badge Issuance EquipmentA. Each licensee and casino operator shall be required to furnish and maintain all necessary equipment for the production and issuance of gaming employee identification/permit badges. The badges shall meet all standards set forth by the division and shall be approved by the division. The equipment shall be housed in or near the casino and shall be capable of printing the gaming employee permit number issued by the division on the identification badge.La. Admin.
