Section III-2321 - Investigative HearingsA. Investigative hearings may be conducted by the board at such times and places as may be convenient to the board. Investigative hearings may be conducted in private at the discretion of the board. A transcript of the hearing shall be made by a licensed court reporter.La. Admin. Code tit. 42, § III-2321
