Section III-2310 - Licensee or Permittee Refusal to Answer: PrivilegeA. A licensee, casino operator, permittee or individual may claim any privilege afforded by the Constitution of the United States or of the state of Louisiana in refusing to provide information to, answer questions of, or cooperate in any investigation by the division or board.B. Refusal to provide information to, answer questions of, or cooperate in any investigation by the division or board or a claim of privilege with respect to any testimony or evidence may constitute sufficient grounds for administrative action against a licensee casino operator, permittee or individual.La.
