Section III-2153 - Surrender of a License or PermitA. A license or permit may not be surrendered without the prior approval of the board or division.B. If a request to surrender a license or permit is approved, the person is immediately eligible to apply for a license or permit, unless the board or division has placed a condition which the applicant shall have to fulfill in order to reapply.La.
