Section III-2146 - Subpoenas and Subpoenas Duces TecumA. Pursuant to the Act, the division's supervisor or the board shall have the authority to issue subpoenas to compel the attendance of witnesses or production of documents under the authority of the division or jurisdiction of the board.B. For failure or refusal to comply with any subpoena issued by the board and duly served, the board may cite the subpoenaed party for contempt and may impose a fine as provided in the laws of the state of Louisiana. Such contempt citations and fines may be appealed to the Nineteenth Judicial District Court.La. Admin. Code tit. 42, § III-2146
