Section III-2120 - Modifications of Routes, Excursion Schedules and Berth, Riverboat OnlyA. Except for emergency orders and applications therefore, all proposed modifications to routes, excursion schedules, and berth sites shall be submitted by the applicant or licensee for prior approval by the board.La.
