Section III-2101 - General Authority of the Board and DivisionA. The board or the division shall have the authority to call forth any person who, in their opinion, has the ability to exercise significant influence over a licensee, permittee, applicant, casino operator, casino manager, or the gaming industry, and such person shall be subject to all suitability requirements.B. In the event a person is found unsuitable, then no licensee, permittee, casino operator, casino manager or applicant shall have any association or connection with such person. No licensee, permittee, casino operator, casino manager or applicant shall have any association or connection with any person that has had an application for a license or permit denied, had a license or permit revoked, or has been found unsuitable.La.
