Section III-1911 - Obligations, Duties, and Responsibilities of a Casino ManagerA. In the event the casino operator subcontracts all, or substantially all of the services for the day-to-day management and operation of the casino, pursuant to the casino operating contract, to a casino manager, the casino manager's acts or omissions shall be considered the acts or omissions of the casino operator. All obligations, duties, and responsibilities imposed on the casino operator by these regulations, that the casino operator has subcontracted with a casino manager to perform or that the casino manager has undertaken to perform, shall be the obligations, duties and responsibilities of the casino manager and the casino operator.La.
