Section I-1821 - Repeal of Previously Adopted RulesA. These permanent rules will remain effective until repealed or amended. The authority for the department to adopt these rules is found in Act 671 of the 1985 Louisiana Legislature and in the Louisiana Administrative Procedure Act (R.S. 49:950 et seq.).La. Admin.
