Section II-709 - Publication of ResultsA. Upon completion of his action, the convening authority publishes a Promulgating Order setting forth the results of the trial and his actions. R.C.M. 1114 governs the content and use of Promulgating Orders. Figure 7-4 is a sample Promulgating Order.
