Section II-615 - Objections to Impermissible ArgumentA. It is not necessary for counsel to interrupt opposing counsel's argument in order to preserve an assignment of errors. An error is preserved for appeal so long as the objection is made before the military judge begins his instructions to members or, if none, renders his verdict.La. Admin. Code tit. 41, § II-615
