Section II-520 - Continuance RequestsA. Requests for the continuance of regularly scheduled courts-martial are matters within the discretion of the assigned military judge. Requests based on failure to timely take appropriate action (e.g. witness subpoena requests) shall be looked on with disfavor, and shall be granted only in cases where a substantial and demonstrable prejudice is likely to result there from.La.
