Section II-514 - Detailing of Trial CounselA. Trial Counsel will be made available to the convening authority by the State Judge Advocate or the DRU SJA. The order detailing trial counsel will be in writing, and will be announced orally on the record during the court-martial, and will indicate by whom the trial counsel was detailed. The written documentation detailing the trial counsel may be included in the court-martial convening order.La. Admin. Code tit. 41, § II-514
