Section II-435 - Effects of ErrorsA. Failure to comply with any of the procedural provisions relative to non-judicial punishment shall not invalidate a punishment imposed unless the error materially prejudiced a substantial right of the punished service member.La. Admin. Code tit. 41, § II-435
