A. Prescribed Forms. Certain forms in use by Louisiana and/or United States military forces are referred to herein. The use of any particular form described in connection with military justice actions is preferred but not mandatory. Variance from the specified forms does not constitute a jurisdictional defect or invalidate any proceeding.B. Non-prescribed Forms. If a Department of Defense, Army, or Air Force form is available for certain purposes, it may be modified to comply with this Regulation and/or the LCMJ, and may be used for state purposes.La. Admin.
