Section VII-539 - Registered ApprenticesA. For purposes of this Chapter, registered apprentices means minors participating in job training programs which have been approved and registered by the Louisiana Department of Labor, Apprenticeship Division in accordance with R.S.23:381, et seq.B. Registered apprentices are exempt from hazardous occupations prohibitions while participating in job training as an indentured apprentice in a registered program.La. Admin. Code tit. 40, § VII-539
