Section IV-364 - Reciprocal OffsetA. An appeal of a determination to offset unemployment benefits under R.S. 23:1665.2 shall be limited to the authority of the administrator of the Louisiana Workforce Commission to offset against benefits payable to the claimant and shall be conducted in accordance with R.S. 23:1629 and R.S. 23:1630. All issues concerning the validity of the overpayment shall be directed by the claimant to the requesting state.La. Admin. Code tit. 40, § IV-364
