Section IV-319 - Identification of WorkersA. Each worker engaged in employment for an employer shall procure a federal Social Security account number and report it to every employer by whom he is employed.B. Each employer shall ascertain the federal Social Security account number of each worker employed by him in employment subject to the Louisiana Employment Security Law.
