Section IV-303 - Training of Administrative Law JudgesA. Prior to participation in any claim resolution, newly hired administrative law judges will participate in web-based and/or in-person training on: agency policy and precedent, benefits analysis, the unemployment insurance system, the appeals process, and the proper methods for conducting hearings and writing decisions according to federal quality standards.La.
