Section IV-133 - Representation before the Administrative Law Judge and BoardA. Any individual may appear for himself, and/or may be represented by counsel or other duly authorized agent, in any proceeding before the administrative law judge or board. Any partnership may be represented by any of its members or a duly authorized representative. Any corporation or association may be represented by an officer or a duly authorized representative.La.
