Section IV-123 - Decision of Administrative Law JudgeA. The administrative law judge shall render a decision as soon as reasonably possible on all issues involved. This decision will be in writing and will contain a statement of the facts found, the reasons therefor, and the conclusion reached. Copies of the administrative law judge's decision will be mailed to the parties to the proceeding, as defined in §113La. Admin. Code tit. 40, § IV-123
