Section IV-103 - Time and Place of Meeting of the BoardA. All meetings of the board shall be called by the chairman or by a majority of the board. The chairman shall notify the members of the board of any meeting in writing at least three days in advance, unless such notice is waived by the members. All meetings shall be held at the office of the board, or at any place within the state designated in the call.La. Admin. Code tit. 40, § IV-103
