Section I-6501 - Disputed Attorney FeesA. When a dispute arises among several attorneys as to the identity of claimant's counsel of record, or when several successive attorneys lay claim to a fee in the same case, the judge shall decide the issues raised and allocate the fee allowed in accordance with Rule 1.5 of the Rules of Professional Conduct of the Louisiana Supreme Court.La.
