A. Upon motion of a party and for good cause shown, or at the discretion of the court in the interest of justice, the workers' compensation judge may order a stay of the claim.B. When a stay is granted, a telephone status conference shall be set at such intervals as directed by the workers' compensation judge but at least every six months.C.Section 5705. A of these rules shall not apply to any matter subject to a stay order as long as such order is in effect.La. Admin. Code tit. 40, § I-6104
