Section I-5963 - Failure to Comply with Order Compelling DiscoveryA. Failure to comply with order compelling discovery shall be governed by Code of Civil Procedure Article 1471. In addition, the judge may proceed with contempt proceedings as provided in R.S. 23:1310.7.La. Admin. Code tit. 40, § I-5963
