Section I-5943 - Independent Medical Examinations; Report; Deposition of Examiner; ObjectionsA. The procedure for requesting an independent medical examination shall be as provided in R.S. 23:1317.1.B. Objections to the independent medical examination shall be made on Form LDOL-WC-1008 and shall be set for hearing before a judge within 30 days of receipt.
