Section I-5901 - Discovery and Attendance of WitnessesA. The hearing process shall be available to aid any party in pursuit of discovery and to compel attendance of witnesses or production of evidence. The judge on his own motion at any conference may order the production of discoverable material and make any other order facilitating discovery. Copies of discovery documents, including, but not limited to, deposition notices, are to be mailed to all parties and shall not be filed in the record of the proceedings unless attached as an exhibit to a motion or ordered by the judge.La.
