Section I-5515 - Proper VenueA. Proper venue in a workers compensation claim shall be governed by R.S. 23:1310.4.B. When the claimant or his dependent is not a party to the disputed claim, the petitioner shall have the right to select the venue of necessary hearings by the workers' compensation judge as provided in the Code of Civil Procedure.La.
