Section I-5503 - Jurisdiction Authority

A. Jurisdiction over workers' compensation matters is conferred upon the Office of Workers' Compensation Administration pursuant to Louisiana Constitution Article V, §16. A.(1) and R.S. 23:1310.3, et seq.
