Section I-1701 - Financial ComplianceA. Every employer subject to the jurisdiction of the Louisiana Workers' Compensation Act shall file with the Office of Workers' Compensation proof of its compliance with the workers' compensation insurance provision of the Act R.S. 23:1168. A notice from the insurer, on a form developed by the director, certifying compliance will be accepted as proof. The form must be received within 30 days of the policy's effective date.La. Admin.
