Section XVII-515 - Delivery of RecordsA. In general, delivery dates will be set on a first-come, first-serve basis. The State Records Center reserves the right to postpone or rearrange delivery dates or accept records of an agency in special circumstances or emergency situations, if the State Records Center staff or the records management officer statewide determine such an action is necessary.La.
