Section XVII-309 - Retention Schedule RenewalA. An agency schedule, once approved by the state archives will be valid for five years from the date of approval. Ninety days prior to the five year anniversary of a schedule's approval, each agency shall submit their schedule for renewal.La. Admin. Code tit. 4, § XVII-309
