Section VII-947 - Fee Payable in Advance after AdmissionA. Care and maintenance fees are payable one month in advance. These fees are due before the tenth of each month. A portion of a month will be prorated according to the number of days stay. Residents will not be charged care and maintenance fees for periods of hospital confinement in excess of 10 days unless they desire that a bed be held until they return. For periods of leave from the home, care and maintenance fees are payable as arranged with the home administrator or his designee. Residents who are unable to pay charges in advance will be allowed to prorate the advance month fee over a 12-month period, until the month of entry fee is current.La. Admin. Code tit. 4, § VII-947
