Section VII-119 - Amendments to Rules
A. These rules of organization may be amended at any regular or special called meeting of the board by an affirmative vote of a simple majority of the attending board, provided the proposed amendment has been submitted, in writing, at the previous regular or special meeting, and is in full compliance with the Louisiana Administrative Procedure Act and other applicable laws. Upon receipt of a proposed written amendment, the chairperson, before the next regular or special meeting, shall cause to give at least 20 days notice of the boards intended action as provided in the Louisiana Administrative Procedure Act.
