Section III-507 - Enforcement of RuleA. Vendor payments will be placed in a holding account until such time that vendor completes an approved direct deposit enrollment authorization form and forwards said form to the Office of State Uniform Payroll.B. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in termination of payroll deduction privileges.C. Current and prospective vendors requesting to receive new payroll deductions through the Payroll Deduction Rule (LAC 4:III.Chapter 1) will be denied acceptance for refusal to receive payments via direct deposit or other approved electronic means and receive supporting data via an approved electronic means.La.
