A. Data, information, reports, or any other services provided to any vendor or any other party by the LaGov HCM payroll system or other state payroll system may be subject to payment of a fee for the cost of providing said data, information, reports, and/or services in accordance with the Uniform Fee Schedule established by Rule promulgated by the DOA under R.S. 42:458.B. Fees assessed shall be satisfied in advance of receipt of the requested data.La. Admin. Code tit. 4, § III-131
