Section XIII-9505 - Scope and ApplicabilityA. This regulation applies to all motor vehicle insurers authorized to engage in the business of writing personal automobile liability insurance in this state. It is also applicable to any personal automobile liability insurance policy purchased in this state from an authorized insurer by active military personnel based in Louisiana to cover personal motor vehicles owned and/or insured by such active military personnel.La.
