Section XIII-7509 - Filing of Statements

A. Initial statements of beneficial ownership of equity securities required by Section 1525 of the Act shall be filed on Form A, §7561 Statements of changes in such beneficial ownership required by Section 1525 shall be filed on Form B, §7563 All such statements shall be prepared and filed in accordance with the requirements of the applicable form.
