Section XIII-4503 - Authority

A. This regulation is issued pursuant to the authority vested in the Commissioner of Insurance under R.S. 22:11, 22:971, 22:258, 22:242(7), 22:1964(22) and (23), 22:1022, and 22:1023 of the Insurance Code.
