Section XIII-3505 - Credit for Reinsurance-Reinsurer Authorized in this StateA. Pursuant to R.S. 22:651(B), the commissioner shall allow credit for reinsurance ceded by a domestic insurer to an assuming insurer that was authorized in this state as of any date on which statutory financial statement credit for reinsurance is claimed.La.
