Section XIII-18935 - Cooperative Endeavor AgreementsA. In furtherance of R.S. 22:2361 et seq., and in accordance with R.S. 22:2363.A, the grantee shall execute a cooperative endeavor agreement with and in a form prescribed by the commissioner subject to approval by the Office of State Procurement of the Division of Administration.La.
