Section XIII-18921 - Certification of DepositA. Within 10 days of receipt of any Incentive Program Funds, the grantee shall provide to the commissioner written certification signed by two principal officers of the grantee that the Incentive Program Funds have been deposited in an account held in the name of the grantee and pledged to the department.La.
