Section XIII-18901 - PurposeA. The purpose and intent of Regulation 125 is to exercise the authority and carry out the duties and responsibilities of the commissioner for implementation and regulation of the Insure Louisiana Incentive Program, hereinafter referred to as the "Incentive Program". Regulation 125 sets forth rules and procedural requirements which the commissioner deems necessary for participation in the Incentive Program by qualified property insurers.La. Admin.
