Section XIII-17953 - Sanctions for ViolationsA. The commissioner retains the authority to enforce violations of the Emergency Rule. Accordingly, any insurer enumerated in the Emergency Rule or any other entity doing business in Louisiana and/or regulated by the commissioner who violates any provision of the Emergency Rule shall be subject to regulatory action by the commissioner under any applicable provisions of the Louisiana Insurance Code.La.
