Section XIII-17927 - Premium OffsetA. All insurers subject to the Emergency Rule receiving a claim from an insured owing a premium may offset the premium owed by the insured against any claim payment made to the insured under the insurance policy. §17927 shall not apply to health insurance issuers as defined in §17913.CLa.
