Section XIII-15309 - Severability ClauseA. If any provision of Regulation 107, or the application thereof to any circumstance, is held invalid, such determination shall not affect other provisions or applications of Regulation 107 which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to that end the provisions of Regulation 107 are severable.La.
